Features
●The whole machine adopts a modular design, the base, column, bull head, oil tank, and electric control can be freely combined.
●Each axis uses German Rexroth Bosch Rexroth guide rails and Taiwan imported C5-grade double-nut ball screws.
●It adopts a fixed worktable, high-grade castings and secondary tempering treatment to ensure high rigidity and stability of the machine tool during processing.
●Multiple spindles can work independently or simultaneously. When processing the same workpiece with multiple electrodes, the processing efficiency is significantly improved, and the efficiency can be doubled.
●Each spindle head is equipped with an independent control power supply, which can independently adjust the processing parameters to achieve high-precision processing.
●Through optimized design, the electromechanical integration can reduce the equipment footprint and improve the space utilization rate of the production workshop while ensuring processing efficiency.
●Pules's new operating system is simple and intelligent, reducing the difficulty and error rate of manual operation.
