Features
●Dual-head structure. The dual heads can process a single mold or multiple molds simultaneously, offering diversified processing capabilities and increasing production efficiency by more than 2 times.
●Fixed worktable design with a fully boxed structure. Dense multi-layer ribs reinforce the machine to prevent deformation under heavy loads.
●X, Y, and Z axes use 45mm "Schneeberger" linear guides from a renowned Swiss manufacturer. The Z-axis uses ball guides for enhanced rigidity.
●X, Y, and Z axes use imported Taiwanese C5-grade double-nut ball screws.
●X, Y, and Z axes use original imported "Panasonic" AC servo motors and a hydraulic automatic lifting door.
●Two filter designs.
