The CNC electric spark machine has designed two side repair programs: a flat-bottom square side repair scheme for sharp-edged rectangles, and a flat-bottom round side repair scheme for circular or multi-curved elliptical shapes. During the side repair process, the electrode moves towards the workpiece at an angle, while the tool electrode simultaneously moves from the center outward and from top to bottom, controlled automatically by CNC, achieving three-axis linkage. This motion method is not prone to carbon accumulation, facilitates chip removal and exhaust, and does not cause arc pulling, resulting in high production efficiency.

The CNC electric spark machine adopts a method of high-pressure breakdown followed by a complete low-pressure pulse, with equal pulse widths. Practice has proven that this pulse method further reduces the wear of the tool electrode, ensures a uniform roughness of the processed surface, and results in minimal wear on the tool electrode end face.

Outstanding discharge machining control system: standard configuration of 3-axis 3-linkage (optional 4-axis 4-linkage or 5-axis 5-linkage can also be achieved).

The CNC electric spark machine has added special control in the control circuit. When an arc pull or false short circuit occurs, it immediately cuts off the pulse power supply, stopping the energy supply to the cavity, preventing the electrode temperature from rising further, thus reducing the possibility of fire.
